Nalgona Pride does not independently verify, license, credential, background-check, supervise, or otherwise vet any provider, their qualifications, training, certifications, lineages, employment history, insurance, scope of practice, or the accuracy of any statement they make about themselves or their services.

Inclusion in the Directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, referral, certification, or guarantee by Nalgona Pride of any provider, their competence, ethics, safety, availability, fees, results, or suitability for your needs. Mention of a profession, modality, tradition, or credential does not imply that any provider is qualified to deliver it.

The Directory centers a harm-reduction framework. Information shared by providers may reference substance use, sex, sex work, drug-checking, safer use, eating, body autonomy, reproductive care, gender-affirming care, and other topics. Resources are presented to support informed decision-making and community safety; they are not instructions, prescriptions, or encouragement to engage in any particular behavior. Always follow applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The Directory and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, availability, or that the site will be secure or error-free. Provider information may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nalgona Positivity Pride and its founders, staff, volunteers, contractors, contributors, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation bodily injury, emotional distress, loss of life, loss of data, loss of profits, lost opportunity, or any other loss or harm — arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Directory; (b) any content, listing, or omission in the Directory; (c) any act, omission, advice, treatment, service, or conduct of any provider listed or contacted through the Directory; or (d) any interaction between you and a provider or other user.

You assume full responsibility and risk for any decisions you make based on information in the Directory.

You hereby release and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in any way connected to your use of the Directory or your interactions with any provider listed in it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Directory or your conduct with any provider.

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings, including credentials, scope claims, photos, and any links. By submitting a listing, providers represent and warrant that all information is truthful, that they hold all licenses and rights required to practice as described, that they have the right to share any uploaded images, and that their listing does not infringe on any third party's rights or violate any law. Nalgona Pride reserves the right to edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.

If you believe a listing is inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, or causing harm, please contact us so we can review. We take community safety seriously and may remove listings while we investigate, but we cannot mediate disputes between users and providers.

Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the Directory or its forms. Information submitted to public listings is intended to be visible on the web.

The Directory may link to third-party websites, social media accounts, or services. Nalgona Pride does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or services.

We may update this Disclaimer at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
