Yes. As a member, you're offered a reduced rate on your yearly listing. Member Rate: $49/year (regular price $149/year) — use code MEMBEREDHR at checkout.

Is this rate the same as the BIPOC provider rate or the standard directory rate?

No. This is a separate rate specifically for members of the Eating Disorder Harm Reduction Membership and is not combinable with other discount codes.

Is the member rate grandfathered?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you remain an active Eating Disorder Harm Reduction Membership member. You'll be grandfathered at the rate you originally enrolled at, for as long as your membership stays active.

What if I let my membership lapse and then rejoin later — do I get the original grandfathered rate back, or the current rate?

No. If you rejoin after letting your membership lapse, you'll be grandfathered at the membership rate available at the time you rejoin, not your original rate.

Does becoming a member retroactively change pricing if I already paid full standard price this year?

Accepted Answer

No. Becoming a member doesn't retroactively adjust pricing for a term you've already paid for. The membership rate applies starting at your next renewal, not the current term you're in. It is the responsibility of member to request listing price adjustment.

Do I need to be an active member to use the EDHR Membership code?

We recommend using the member code.

I'm already listed in the directory, and I just became an EDHR Membership member. Do I get a refund on my current listing?

Accepted Answer

No. You won't be refunded for your current listing term, but you can switch to the EDHR Membership rate starting the following year. It's your responsibility as the member to let us know that you'd like to move to the membership rate. This adjustment doesn't happen automatically, so please reach out to us before your renewal date if you'd like the rate applied.

What happens to my member rate if I cancel my EDHR Membership?

Accepted Answer

Your listing will no longer qualify for the EDHR Membership rate. At that point, you can choose to remain listed at the standard rate in effect at that time, or discontinue your listing. If you'd like to discontinue your listing, you must inform us at least 2 months before your renewal date. It's your responsibility as the provider to let us know if you'd like to cancel your listing or update your listing details. These changes don't happen automatically.
