Practice & approach

Associate-licensed therapy through a harm reduction lens for PoGM, QTBIPOC, LGBTGEQIAP+, immigrant, and neurodivergent adults.

What harm reduction means in practice

I am an associate-licensed therapist and harm reductionist; I work with PoGM, QTBIPOC, LGBTGEQIAP+, immigrant, and neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, OCD, CPTSD + many more) adults—because of the folks I work with, all of my work is through a harm reduction lens and in varying forms. Some examples include folks that are coping with alcohol to disconnect from the sensory overload of being late-diagnosed Au/DHD and switching to cannabis instead, if/when available; otherwise, integrating other skills in conjunction to reduce alcohol (or whatever substance) intake.
